Why CRG Diagnostics?
Collision Repair Group specialise in ADAS and Coding solutions on a UK wide basis. This means our clients mitigate the additional costs usually incurred when sending a vehicle to a dealership for a calibration or recoding.
This not only enhances customer service levels but also reduces key to key times whilst maximising the efficiency and utilisation of their courtesy vehicles.
Our client base is made up of the core network of leading bodyshop groups across the UK and we are constantly expanding our customer base.
What is ADAS?
Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems have been developed to improve the driving experience. These systems use a combination of cameras and sensors.
An ADAS calibration is a process carried out to correctly align the cameras and sensors of a car so that its ADAS system can work as intended.
We also recode most vehicle systems including keys, radars, steering racks, headlights, etc.. – please ask for further details.
Why do I need an ADAS Calibration?
Most ADAS features rely on a group of cameras or sensors to do their job. If any work is completed on or in the surrounding areas that may affect its angle and position, a calibration would be required.
A calibration is performed to correct this, so that your vehicle’s ADAS is working as intended.
If a calibration is missed out, an ADAS feature may not work like it should and could cause a potential risk to you and others on the road.
National Coverage
Our fully mobile diagnostic workshops allow us to offer nationwide coverage on a same day/next day basis supporting our customers in reducing both repair and key to key times.
What We Do
ADAS Calibration
Over 4 million vehicles on the road today are fitted with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) such as Autonomous Emergency Braking.
That’s over 10% of the UK Car Parc.
If ADAS Sensors, or parts that are in proximity to ADAS sensors, are included in a repair specification, a calibration post repair MUST be completed to confirm sensors are functioning correctly.
Coding
Most new ADAS systems fitted to a car need to be programmed as well as calibrated. This is to ensure these often life-saving technologies operate as they should, and your vehicle is safe for you and other road users.
Systems we program include:
•Airbag Control Modules •Camera Modules •Car Keys •Headlamp Modules •Radar Modules •Steering Rack Modules

Adaptive Cruise Control

Lane Change Assist

Emergency Braking Assistant

Collision Avoidance Systems

360 Camera Systems

Traffic Sign Recognition
